Century Music Group’s Rafael Salazar and his new band “Delta89” sign with Return Records
The front man of Century Media Records’ Loaded Guns Rafael Salazar has signed his new band “Delta89” to Return Records. Delta 89 is a music project founded by artist and songwriter Rafael Salazar. This psychedelic rock outfit set out to experiment with different sonic ideas, igniting their creative potential with a diverse and one-of-a-kind approach, exploring so many possibilities, while still maintaining their songs incredibly creative and easy to relate to. In 2020, the band release a well-received EP titled “Greetings From,” which feels like a perfect introduction to Rafael’s songwriting, as well as the chemistry that drives the band. They are now ready to start a brand-new chapter which will undoubtedly expose their music to new listeners!
The act recently teamed up with Return Records, a full-service independent record label, and Return Records is very excited about the partnership with Delta 89, which is surely going to bring so much great new music to the audience in 2021, and beyond. The band’s work is highly recommended if you enjoy the sound of artists such as Mac De Marco, Tame Impala, DIIV, or Dead Rituals. Delta 89’s music is quite soothing and atmospheric, yet there is also a more energetic, other worldly twist taking the songs to a different place.
