Return Records Launches a Talent Discovery Program

Return Records is pleased to announce the launching of a new Artist & Repertoire (A&R) Discovery Program that provides an opportunity for industry professionals and third-party talent scouts to partner with the label in a freelance capacity to help the label source, sign, and manage its’ new talent. Professionals that identify artists and songwriters who agree to sign and release with the label will get compensated based on their marketability and sales potential. The program enables talent scouts to learn the “A&R Business,” interact with new and emerging artists at live shows and events, discover new genres that stretch the boundaries of the music industry, enhance their knowledge of the music business ecosystem, and work on a flexible and remote schedule.
