He is a skilled marketing and strategic communicator that has spent his career building support across diverse communities by identifying the right venues, platforms, and forums for them to thrive in. Arian is a strong grassroots advocate that looks to advance the label’s capacity and partnerships. Arian has spent many years on Capitol Hill as a senior policy advisor and recently worked with Warner Music Group to launch successful climate change awareness campaigns.
